Delivery (Shipping Details)

For Digital Products

All products available for purchase on brainspiritedtech.in are digital products, which are delivered via digital download only. No physical products are shipped for digital products.

All digital products, including courses, e-books, and templates, are available for instant download after payment confirmation.
Upon successful completion of the payment, the download link(s) for the purchased product(s) will be made available to you immediately after checkout. Additionally, you will receive an email with the download link(s) at the email address provided during the checkout process.
Please note: All digital downloads are tracked, including the location and time of download (via IP address), to help prevent fraudulent activity or unauthorized access.

Payment Processing via Razorpay

Payments for all products are processed securely through Razorpay. Brainspirit Edtech does not store your sensitive payment information such as card details or UPI ID. Razorpay uses PCI-DSS compliant systems to securely handle all payments.
In case of refunds, Razorpay will process the amount back to the original payment method.

Important Notes:

Immediate Delivery: Digital products are available for download immediately after the payment is confirmed. No physical shipping or handling is required for digital products.
